*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to provide high-quality oral health care to our patients. The ideal candidate will diagnose, prevent, and treat dental issues while promoting overall oral hygiene. This role requires excellent clinical skills, patient care, and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff to ensure a positive dental experience.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Examine, diagnose, and treat diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures.
* Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and dentures.
* Develop and implement individualized dental treatment plans for patients.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive dental care.
* Take and interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests.
* Administer local anesthesia and perform dental surgeries when required.
* Maintain accurate patient records, charts, and documentation in compliance with dental regulations.
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
* Stay updated with the latest dental technologies, treatment methods, and industry best practices.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a sterile clinical environment.
*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
* Valid state dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
* Proven experience as a practicing dentist preferred (new graduates may be considered).
* Strong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and materials.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
* Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience with dental management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
* Continuing education or certification in specialized fields such as orthodontics, periodontics, or cosmetic dentistry.
* CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Pay: $182,000.00 per year
