*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Physical Therapist who desires to help patients through personalized care and evidence-based practice. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can take your time working one one one with each patient and make a meaningful impact. Pay will be competitive and based on prior experience, credentials, etc. We are hiring for either a part time ($38-$45/hr) or full time position ($68k-$85k/yr). Incentive pay is available on top of starting salary or hourly rate and can be discussed further during the interview process.

We are a small, privately owned outpatient physical therapy clinic in Star, Idaho. We are committed to providing personalized, one-on-one care in a quiet and welcoming environment. Our approach is rooted in active listening, patient education, and holistic treatment. We do not use PTA's or techs- just licensed therapist who value quality over quantity.
*Job expectations*
- Provide one-on-one physical therapy evaluations and treatment sessions
- Create individualized treatment plans and home programs
- Collaborate with patients to set goals and support long-term outcomes
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatments, and at-home care strategies
- Maintain clear and timely documentation
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented clinic culture
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
