Job Description
Insurance Agency Marketing Services (IAMS) is a growing *wholesale insurance organization / IMO* seeking experienced *Annuity and Life Insurance Sales Associates and Sales Directors* to join our in-office team in Topeka, KS.
This is a full-time, onsite role supporting *licensed insurance agents and producers nationwide* through annuity and life insurance sales, marketing, and case support.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Support *licensed life insurance agents and producers* with annuity and life insurance product solutions
* Provide *annuity and life insurance illustrations* and product recommendations
* Educate agents on *insurance carriers, annuity products, life insurance products, and marketing programs*
* Recruit and support licensed insurance agents/producers (IMO support model)
* Provide *case design, back-office support, and insurance marketing assistance*
* Act as a dedicated resource to help agents grow their insurance business
*Required & Preferred Qualifications*
* High school diploma or GED required
* *Annuity insurance and/or life insurance experience preferred*
* Experience as an *insurance agent, producer, or working with an IMO* strongly preferred
* *3+ years of insurance sales, inside sales, wholesaler support, or client service experience preferred*
* Director candidates must have *advanced annuity and life insurance product knowledge*
* Strong phone skills; comfortable with *outbound calls*
* Professional, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Must be able to pass a background check
*Schedule & Location*
* Full-time, *in-office insurance sales position*
* Monday–Friday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
