*Location:* 24e Health Clubs, Pelham, AL
*Employment Type:* Part-Time or Full-Time

*Position Summary:*
We're looking for an experienced, certified *Personal Trainer* who is passionate about fitness, client success, and working as part of a high-energy team. You’ll lead tailored training sessions, support client goals, and foster a positive, inclusive training environment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Deliver personalized 1-on-1 and/or small group training
* Build strong client relationships and retention
* Design scalable programs for all fitness levels
* Track progress and communicate results
* Maintain a clean, professional training space
* Collaborate with team, participate in events and meetings
*Requirements:*
* 1+ year personal training or related fitness experience
* Current personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)
* CPR/AED certified
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Team-player mindset with a coachable attitude
*Preferred:*
* Nutrition or group fitness certification (TRX, CrossFit, Les Mills, etc.)
* Background in HIIT, S&C, or corrective exercise
* Sales or client retention experience
