Job Description
*Education, Training, and Experience:*
* Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
* Previous experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
*Skills and Abilities to:*
* Exhibit professional behavior by attending all therapy sessions and meetings on time according to schedule
* Understand behavioral situations and react accordingly in an ethical manner
* Perform general clerical duties including maintain accurate client records and preparing clear and concise reports
* Communicate effectively with a diverse group of clients, parents/caregivers, BCBAs, other ABBA employees, school personnel, etc.
*Job Duties:*
* Manage implementation and oversight of client programming
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments
* Provide quality and ethical training and supervision to RBT’s and BCaBA’s
* Provide direct behavioral services to clients in a variety of environments (e.g., client’s home, school, community, etc.)
* Provide parent training and support
* Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs
* Maintain client data, graphs, and daily progress notes
*Additional Job Requirements:*
* Successful completion of fingerprinting and criminal history L2 background check
* Provide I9 and W9 updated forms
* Maintain CEU’s and BCBA certification
* Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
* Basic Life Support CPR/AED training
* Adhere to ethics
