We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Physical Therapist (PT)* to join a growing rehabilitation team in *Tecumseh, Nebraska*. *Position Overview*

As a Physical Therapist, you will join a collaborative team of three experienced PTs in a modern, well-equipped facility. You’ll provide high-quality care across multiple care settings, allowing each day to remain engaging and professionally rewarding.

*Clinical Settings Include:*

* Outpatient Physical Therapy
* Acute Care
* Swing Bed & Skilled Nursing
* Home Health
* School-Based Pediatrics & Early Intervention

*Position Highlights*

* *Flexible scheduling options* to support work–life balance:
* 4 days/week: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
* 5 days/week: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)
* 4.5 days/week: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)
* *One-on-one patient care* with 60-minute treatment sessions
* Typical caseload of *8–14 patients per day*
* Mix of inpatient and outpatient care built into daily schedules
* Modern PT facility with updated equipment, including an *AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill*
* Collaborative, patient-centered care model grounded in evidence-based practice

*Call & Coverage*

* *On-call rotation every third weekend*
* Patients must be seen within 24 hours of order placement
* Weekend support provided by Physical Therapist Assistants
* Flexible scheduling for weekend evaluations

*Compensation & Benefits*

* *Hourly compensation:* $38–$56/hour (commensurate with experience)
* *Sign-on bonus:* $5,000
* *Relocation assistance:* $2,000
* *Tuition reimbursement:* $4,500
* *CME allowance:* $2,500 + up to 5 paid CME days
* *7 paid holidays + PTO*

*Qualifications*

* Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
* Nebraska Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain)
* Open to new graduates and experienced Physical Therapists
* Interest in working across multiple care settings
