*Job Title:* Pediatric Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant (Part-Time)

*Location:* Montana City, MT
*Hours:* Part-Time (10–20hours per week, flexible schedule)

Stepping Stones Physical Therapy is a private pediatric practice dedicated to helping children reach their highest potential through fun, functional, and family-centered care. We work with infants through adolescents with a wide range of diagnoses, including developmental delays, neurological conditions, orthopedic concerns, and coordination challenges. Our clinic is part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team alongside occupational and speech therapy providers, offering a supportive and dynamic environment for both patients and staff.

*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated *Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT)* or *Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)* to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with children and families and values creativity, collaboration, and individualized care. This position offers *flexible scheduling* to support work-life balance and can be tailored to fit school hours or family needs.

*Responsibilities:*

* Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric clients in a clinic or home-based setting
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support carryover at home and in the community
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with professional and clinic standards
* Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and family education opportunities as needed

*Qualifications:*

* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of Montana
* Pediatric experience preferred (new graduates with pediatric clinical experience are welcome to apply)
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Positive, flexible attitude and commitment to family-centered care
