- Comply with production programs
- Administration of personnel according to the needs of the operation
- Take advantage of the support areas to ensure the production rate
- To be an interface between Materials-Quality-Maintenance-IT-Engineering in solving problems related to the fulfillment of the production program and assurance of the rate
- Fulfill the expectations of the internal and external customer (Rate / Quality / delivery) with the assurance of the operation in general, with Security, order, and cleanliness.
- Provide a safe work environment, inculcating in the members of his team an intolerance for unsafe acts and conditions.
- Oversee the supervisors on the shift. Provide guidance, support, and accountability.
- Commitment to following the guidelines of the environmental management system and the prevention of contamination.

Required Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent
Experience | Skills | Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience with Production Leadership experience
- 3-5 years minimum of Supervisor Experience within the automotive industry
- Just in Time (JIT) environment experience
- Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
- Computer literacy
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
- Proficient organizational skills
- Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise
