Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

$80,000 - $95,000 yearly

Job Description

*BCBA - Clinical Supervisor*

*Location:* Arvada, CO | *Schedule:* Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

*We know the work is hard. That’s why we make the "everything else" easy.*

Working with students who present complex, high-magnitude challenging behavior is some of the most rewarding work in our field—but we also recognize it is some of the most taxing. We believe you shouldn't have to carry that weight alone. At *Evoke Behavioral Health*, we don’t pretend clinical fatigue doesn't exist. Instead, we’ve built a system specifically designed to help you recharge, stay regulated, and focus on what you love: *excellent clinical work.*

*Current BCBA Openings:*

* *Secondary / Transition Program:* Serving students ages 12 - 21.

*How We Support Your "Recharge"*

* *Generous Time Off:*

*Four Weeks of Paid Center Closures:* We shut down for Spring Break, Summer Break, and Winter Break (2 weeks) so our whole team can disconnect at once.

*Additional Flexibility:* Beyond center closures, you’ll receive your own personal PTO and Sick Time, plus paid standard holidays.

* *Zero Billable Minimums:* We want you focused on safety and clinical progress, not a clock. You will never be penalized for prioritizing an immediate student or Behavior Technician need over a billable hour.
* *A Focused Caseload (~8 Students):* When your students require high levels of support, you need more time per student. We keep your caseload small so you can stay present and effective.
* *The "Clean Break" Schedule:* Monday–Friday, 8-4. No nights, no weekends, and no travel. When you leave at the end of the day, your time is truly yours.
* *Full Administrative Support:* Our in-house admin, HR, intake, maintenance, and scheduling teams handle the logistics so you don't have to manage paperwork on top of your clinical duties.
* *Collaborative Safety:* You are never on an island. You’ll work alongside highly trained Behavior Technicians, Mental Health Clinicians, Special Education Teachers, a Registered Nurse, and a robust support staff in a facility designed for safety and fun.
* *Flexibility:* Opportunities to work from home for treatment planning and report writing.
* *Professional Development:* Dedicated funds for professional development and re-certification—we want you to stay at the cutting edge.
* *Elite Facility:* Work in our 48,000 sq. ft. licensed facility featuring a full gym, sensory room, cafeteria, two playgrounds, and expansive outdoor spaces.
* *Comprehensive Benefits:* Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, and HSA options.

*Who You Are: A Clinical Leader*

You are a high-caliber BCBA who thrives where others might hesitate. You have the professionalism and intellectual curiosity to apply the science of behavior to the most complex cases in our field. We are looking for:

* *A Sharp Clinical Mind:* You enjoy the "detective work" of ABA and can pivot treatment plans with speed and precision when the data demands it.
* *High-Level Professionalism:* You lead by example. Whether you are collaborating with our Mental Health team or mentoring a graduate student, you hold yourself and your team to the highest ethical and clinical standards.
* *Clinical Toughness:* You have the "grit" and emotional resilience required to lead. You are a steady, present anchor for your team even when things get difficult.
* *Motivation and Drive:* You are motivated by student progress and professional mastery. You don't need a billable quota to drive you; your own high standards for excellence are what keep you moving forward.

*Required Qualifications*

* Active BCBA certification.
* Master’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
* 2+ years of related ABA experience.
* A desire to work within a highly collaborative, interdisciplinary team.
* Current CPR and First Aid certification.
* Ability to pass local, state, and federal background checks.
* TB test and occupational physical (covered by The Company).
* Ability to reliably commute to our Arvada facility.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Physical ability to run, kneel, pivot, lift 40 lbs, and transition between seated, kneeling, and standing repeatedly.

We're excited for you to join us on our mission of: _*Improving the lives of underserved people and those who care for them, for a more caring and inclusive Colorado. *_
