Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)* to join a fantastic team in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have strong manual therapy skills, experience in an outpatient setting, and a patient-centered approach to care. You will work closely with our Physical Therapists to provide high-quality rehabilitation services and support patient recovery. Full-time & Part-Time options available.

*Requirements*

* Current and active *State PTA License* (required)
* *1+ years of outpatient clinical experience* preferred
* Strong *manual therapy skills*
* Knowledge of therapeutic exercises, modalities, and rehabilitation techniques
* Ability to follow treatment plans and provide accurate documentation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Key Responsibilities*

* Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans
* Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and functional training
* Instruct patients on proper techniques for exercises and home programs
* Monitor patient progress and report changes to supervising Physical Therapist
* Document treatments accurately and in a timely manner
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
* Support overall clinic flow and patient care needs

*HOURS:*

* Full-Time & Part-Time options available
* Monday – Thursday 8am-5pm
* Friday 8am-3pm

*COMPENSATION:*

* $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
