We are seeking a dedicated and experienced (2+ yrs) Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population. *Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies* is looking for a *full-time or part-time Occupational Therapist* to join our clinic in *Wilsonville, Oregon*!

*Job Type: Occupational Therapist (full-time or part time positions available)*

*Full-time:* 40 hours per week *(Flexible work options* are open to individuals seeking less hours).

*Base* *Pay Rate: *

* Full Time Salary *$79,191.67-$102,543.06 annually. *Based on experience
* Part time Salary: *$54.81 - $76.96 per client hour.* Based on experience.

*What You’ll Do:*

* Provide 1:1 Occupational therapy for kids and teens (ages 0–21).
* Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
* Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
* Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
* Keep documentation up to date (we'll help make it manageable).

*What You’ll Need:*

* Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
* State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
* CPR certification.
* Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
* Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic are encouraged to apply.
* Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
* A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
* Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
* Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
* High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

*Responsibilities:*

* Evaluate individuals 0-21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
* Develop/Implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
* Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
* Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
* Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
* Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
