Spay and neuter veterinary position offering opportunities to specialize in a specific type of surgery while making a significant impact on animal welfare.
We will perform surgeries 4 days a week. Days to be determined with candidate.

* These positions prioritize surgical expertise, particularly in spay and neuter procedures.

* This mobile clinic will operate at various locations in the general Houston area.
Responsibilities:
* Performing spay and neuter surgeries on cats and dogs throughout the Houston area.
* Providing pre- and post-operative care.
* Managing anesthesia and pain relief during procedures.
* Monitoring and managing complications.
* Managing the DEA drug log as filled out by techs
Qualifications:
* Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) degree.
* State veterinary license.
* Strong surgical skills, particularly in spay and neuter procedures.
* Familiarity with veterinary anesthesia and monitoring equipment.
* Experience with veterinary management software.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
