*Overview:*

Join our dynamic private practice at Pacific Phoenix Group, located in Washington state, led by Dr. Elia Gonzalez Rodriguez, MD. Specializing in treating treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and OCD. We employ non-invasive modalities like Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS), Spravato, and Ketamine. Our team is dedicated to managing medication for treatment-resistant mood disorders, with clinics in East Vancouver, Salmon Creek, and Lakewood, WA. We offer a collaborative and supportive environment for all clinicians in our practice.

*Job Summary:*

We are looking for a Board-certified psychiatrist to provide outpatient psychiatric services, emphasizing treatment-resistant disorders, substance abuse, and ADHD. Adhere to facility policies, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with the team to ensure comprehensive patient care, including medication management, alternative therapies, and lifestyle modifications. *Location for this role: *Lakewood, WA (45-minute commute from Seattle, WA)

*Core Job Duties Required:*

* Diagnose, treat, and monitor psychiatric cases in an outpatient setting.
* Conduct initial and ongoing psychiatric evaluations.
* Prescribe controlled and non-controlled medications.
* Complete coordination of care meetings with referring providers or therapists.
* Assist the Medical Director in medication management and provide clinical judgment.
* Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate medications, alternative therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
* Participate in educational events and company training.
* Provide TMS treatment and assist in Ketamine treatments as needed.
* Completion of initial TMS mapping and tracking of patient progress and support during patient TMS Tx

*Qualifications:*

* Graduate accredited allopathic or osteopathic medical school. Completion of a psychiatry residency is required. Board Certification in Psychiatry required or in process.
* Prior inpatient and/or outpatient experience in a behavioral healthcare setting practicing psychiatry and/or addiction medicine.
* Unrestricted state medical license and active DEA registration.

*Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:*

* Special interest and passion for treatment-resistant mood disorders
* Learn with our support for TMS therapy.
* Willingness to assist with Ketamine treatments
* Understanding of Psychiatry and Treatment for Complex Mood Disorders.
* Ability to diagnose within your scope of practice
* Ability and knowledge of HIPAA and privacy laws and regulations
* Experience or training with veterans and service members is preferred but not required.

*Benefits and Pay:*

* *First-year guaranteed base salary range is $300,000, based on experience; subsequent years will be based on RVU performance with earnings in excess of $400,00. All terms of the contract, including pay, are negotiable. *
