Job Description
*Position Overview – Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CFY)*
Location: CHI St. Alexius Health – Dickinson, North Dakota
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours/week), flexible work environment
Setting: Hospital-based Inpatient/Outpatient with upcoming swing bed services
Pay: *$40–$46/hour*, depending on experience
Bonus: *$8,000* sign-on bonus
* *Housing allowance of $1000 per month for the first 6 months of employment*

*What You'll Do:*
* Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients
* Create and implement individualized treatment plans
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation
* Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
* Lead or participate in program development and team in-services
* Contribute to the overall success and smooth operation of the rehab department
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Master’s degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Speech-Language Pathology
* Graduate of a certified therapy program
* Eligible for North Dakota state licensure
* Experience preferred – but we welcome Clinical Fellows (CFYs) and new grads
