✓ functional mobility training
✓ strengthening & post‑acute rehab
* Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, equipment, and safety
* Maintain accurate EMR documentation
* Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences
* Coordinate additional services or DME when needed
* Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with Texas state regulations
