Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Skilled Nursing Facility
Location: Mountain View Post Acute, Ellensburg, WA
Salary: Varies on experience $22.50 - $28.13 with shift differentials available
Day Shift (6AM-2PM)Evening Shift (2PM - 10PM)NOC Shift (10P-6A)As a CNA at our facility, you will play a key role in the care and comfort of our residents and serve our local community.
Job Duties : - Provide direct patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the nursing staff, and assist with documentation.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of residents to maintain comfort and prevent injury.
- Ensure residents' rooms are clean, organized, and comfortable.
- Support residents' emotional and social well-being through meaningful interactions and companionship.
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare teams to implement care plans and provide optimal care.
- Assist in administering medications as directed and under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications: - Current CNA certification in Washington State is required .
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care.
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and assist with patient mobility.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality requirements.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
