As our *state-of-the-art practice continues to grow*, we are excited to welcome a *Full-Time Registered Dental Hygienist* to join our team.
We are equipped with leading-edge dental technology, including *digital imaging, guided implant technology, and orthodontics*, and we are looking for a hygienist who is passionate about patient care and excited to grow with us.
This position is *4–5 days per week*, with the *potential to add additional days in the future* as the practice continues to expand.
*Position Summary*
The Registered Dental Hygienist is responsible for providing high-quality preventive and periodontal care while delivering an outstanding patient experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
* Follow all *start-of-day and end-of-day clinical procedures*
* Provide excellent customer service and patient-centered care at all times
* Work collaboratively with the clinical and administrative team, with a strong emphasis on communication
* Diagnose and treat periodontal symptoms and disease in accordance with best clinical practices
* Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment
* Assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans as needed
* Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment
* Adhere to all office policies, infection control standards, and safety protocols
* Demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills with patients and team members
*Qualifications*
* Active *Registered Dental Hygienist license* (state-specific)
* *1–2 years of dental hygiene experience preferred* (newer clinicians with strong skills encouraged to apply)
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
* Experience with *Open Dental* is preferred
* Team-oriented mindset with a positive, professional attitude
