*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated *full/part time BCBA Supervisor *who is deeply committed to our mission and values and to providing exceptional care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related conditions. Our passionate team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work together to create meaningful change in the lives of the children and families we serve.

*Duties*

* Supervise, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities for BCBAs and RBTs.
* Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure personalized, effective treatment plans are implemented.
* Monitor compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory guidelines.
* Develop policies and procedures to ensure quality services for clients and accountability for staff
* Work closely with leadership to enhance program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide regular individual clinical supervision to all therapists and to interns/fellows as needed.
* Provide administrative support, supervision, and consultation to reinforce and broaden staff skill levels
* Conduct regular audits of data and notes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
* Provide training and support to clinical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
* Deliver one on one services, Observe and direct staff, provide family caregiver training in alignment with individualized treatment plans.
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of records.
* Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in ABA therapy.

*Skills*

* *BCBA Certification* (Required)
* Minimum of *2+ years of supervisory ABA experience*
* *Previous leadership experience* in an ABA setting required
* Strong knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and staff development
* Passion for making a difference in the lives of children with ASD
* Ability to foster a collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
