Physical Therapist (Home Health) (Full-time/Part-time)

Responsibilities include initial assessment, care evaluations, preparing individualized treatment plans, progress evaluations, knowledge of physical therapy modalities, and use of high-tech, clinical equipment.

Physical Therapist's service area includes: Union, Snyder, parts of Northumberland and Lycoming (Williamsport area) counties. One-year physical therapy experience preferred.
