We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Midlevel Provider to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in delivering high-quality care to patients with orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic practices and be adept at performing various medical procedures, including administering injections and treatments, assisting during surgeries and clinic visits. *Responsibilities*
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical histories.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
- Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and rehabilitation processes.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with best practices.
*Skills*
- Proficient in administering injections and performing surgical procedures.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in patient care documentation.
*Requirements*
- Must have a Montana license or ability to obtain Montana license by the time of employment.
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner credentialing and certification.
- Ability to be credentialed by insurance and malpractice companies.
