Job Description
*Job Overview*
Stratford Hospital District in Stratford has a unique opening for someone looking to add to their schedule or make this their FT job! This would consist of two days a week at 48 hours for the week. (Days are open to discussion/modification) The District provides a home trailer on-site for staying those two days if you don't want to drive. County insurance and a $3500.00 sign-on bonus is being offered!

*Responsibilities*
* _*\*\* Texas certified and holds CPR, ACLS, and PALS certification*_
* Respond swiftly to emergency calls, providing advanced life support and transport for patients in diverse settings including trauma centers and urgent care facilities
* Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine the severity of injuries or illnesses.
* Utilize medical terminology accurately while documenting detailed reports on patient condition, treatment provided, and transport details
* Operate ambulances safely by adhering to driving regulations; perform heavy lifting when necessary to move patients or equipment
*Experience*
Candidates should possess prior experience in emergency medicine environments. A valid EMT license with demonstrated experience in emergency response is required. Additionally, candidates should be comfortable with driving emergency vehicles for EMS transport while performing heavy lifting tasks as needed.
