Mission Valley Post Acute is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our supportive team and provide high-quality care to our patients. This is a part-time/on-call position that offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans based on physician orders.
- Provide direct patient care, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.
- Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and provide training to Restorative Aides.
- Maintain thorough documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
- Participate in interdisciplinary conferences and in-service training sessions.
- Assist with discharge planning and provide training for families and caregivers.
- Make recommendations for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) as needed.
- Report equipment maintenance issues to ensure proper functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy License.
