Head of Coaching/ Men's Coordinator

Join the racquets team at Isleworth Country Club, one of the most prestigious and visually stunning private communities in the country.  We are seeking an energetic and personable Head of Coaching/ Men’s Team Coordinator to elevate our Men’s Program through high-quality instruction, memorable events, and outstanding member service. This is an exciting opportunity to shape a flagship program within a vibrant, active racquets community.          

  

About the Role:

This position leads, mentors, and evaluates all racquets professionals, ensuring consistent teaching quality and professional growth. The role includes organizing and delivering high-level clinics, leagues, and events that drive participation and member engagement. Working closely with the Director of Racquet Sports and the Racquets Head Professional, the Head of Coaching ensures operational excellence and an exceptional on-court experience for all members. 

  • Partner with the Director of Racquet Sports to design  and execute a comprehensive men’s tennis program, balancing competitive, instructional, and social offerings.
  • Lead all men’s clinics, team practices, and development pathways, ensuring consistency, professionalism, and coaching excellence.
  • Deliver a service-oriented experience aligned with the expectations of a private club.
  • Actively engage with members on court and throughout the club, fostering strong relationships and program loyalty.
  • Participate in member play opportunities when  appropriate to enhance engagement.
  • Plan, promote, and execute men’s events, clinics, and social programming in coordination with the club’s annual calendar.
  • Ensure all events are well-organized, fully staffed, and executed at a high standard.
  • Assist with racquet stringing operations, including maintaining logs and follow-up records.
  • Utilize club systems (Court Reserve, Jonas, etc.) for scheduling, bookings, and reporting.
  • Support Pro Shop operations, sales, and daily duties when not teaching.
  • Assist with court maintenance and facility readiness as needed.
Requirements

  

Qualifications and Experience:

  • RSPA Elite Professional or PTR Professional required.
  • Minimum 5.0 USTA playing ability.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and      time-management abilities.
  • Service-driven mindset with a passion for delivering an      elevated member experience
