*Responsibilities:*
* Provide in-home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs, including developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and feeding/swallowing challenges.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
* Empower families with education and strategies to support their child’s progress.
* Document assessments, progress, and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
*Requirements:*
* Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
* CCC-SLP certification or Clinical Fellow candidate
* Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
* Reliable transportation for home visits.
