Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and building meaningful relationships with your patients? At Therapy Works Physical Therapy, we believe that quality time with each patient is essential for effective rehabilitation. We are on a mission to deliver personalized, compassionate, and outcome-focused care in a supportive environment.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our growing team at our Redmond Clinic, conveniently located alongside the East Cascade Women's Group. Pelvic-health experience is a plus but is not required. We are primarily orthopedic focused and work to build patient panels that match our PTs' skills and interests. Do you like straight forward back pain? We've got it! Do you love feet? We've got those, too! Do you like the complex patients that nobody else has been able to help? We get those patients. We have pediatrics, geriatrics, and everything in between. We provide our Patient Care Coordinators with the information they need to match our various patients with a PT that meets their needs!
Are you a new grad that wants to treat a variety of patients until you find your niche? We can accommodate that! Are you specialist interested in building a specialty PT program? We can accommodate that, too! At the end of the day, we want to provide our community with access to outstanding rehabilitative care. Please reach out if you share that same motivation.
At Therapy Works, we offer private treatment rooms, a friendly and approachable staff, and a culture that prioritizes both patient and employee satisfaction. Our focus is on creating a motivating atmosphere where you can help our community regain their strength and return to the activities they love.
Our Patient Care Coordinators and Billers take care of the administrative side of physical therapy while our management team takes care of marketing and compliance so you can focus on the parts of physical therapy!
