The NeighborHealth Advanced Practice Provider (APP) Fellowship Program provides postgraduate Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with comprehensive, structured training to develop their careers as primary care providers in community health. This 24-month salaried fellowship offers new graduates (within 18 months of graduation) the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship, and advanced skills in providing culturally competent and patient-centered care to underserved populations.
