Job Description
*Ortho West*—formerly Carrollton Orthopaedics— is seeking a *PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant* to join our team in our outpatient rehab clinic. We pride ourselves on delivering cutting-edge, patient-centered care while fostering a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

*Responsibilities and Duties:*
* Knowledge and understanding of all clinic policies/procedures, culture, and organizational structure.
* Ability to demonstrate superior clinical outcomes, patient customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
* Must have the ability to be mentored and receptive to training processes.
* Conveys a professional image and attitude.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
* Ability to identify and implement components of the physical therapy process.
* Identify learning needs and teach patients and families.
* Ability to communicate and collaborate with a variety of teams and individuals.
* Working knowledge and ability to apply professional standards of practice in job situations.
* Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
* Strong customer service.
* Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
* Working knowledge of personal computer and software applications used in job functions.
* Additional Qualifications/Skills as outlined in the full job description.
*Minimum Qualifications:*
* Associates degree in physical therapy as evidenced by a college diploma.
* Current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Georgia.
* Open to active/pending state board licensures and those sitting for their board exam in the next six months.
This position requires a background check upon acceptance.
