A well-established rural law firm in Dexter, Missouri is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with a strong interest in litigation and jury trials. Position Overview
The Associate Attorney will assist with all phases of litigation, including:
* Preparation and participation in jury trials
* Motion practice, briefing, and legal research
* Drafting pleadings, discovery, and trial materials
* Appearing at court hearings and proceedings
* Working closely on case strategy and trial preparation
This role is ideal for an attorney who wants hands-on litigation experience, responsibility, and the chance to develop real trial skills rather than being siloed into document review or narrow practice areas.

Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
* Admission to the Missouri Bar (in good standing)
