Licensed Dental Hygienist

Join a dedicated team committed to providing high-quality oral healthcare to the community in St Paul, MN. We are seeking a full-time Licensed/Registered Dental Hygienist (LDH) to deliver patient-centered preventive and therapeutic care while promoting oral health education.

* Loan Forgiveness Opportunities: Up to $55,000 for full-time and up to $30,000 for part-time

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Perform dental prophylaxis and periodontal therapies, including scaling & root planning and periodontal maintenance
* Conduct oral cancer screenings and periodontal charting
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices
* Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (N2O) as certified
* Take and develop dental x-rays
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
* Collaborate with dental providers to ensure comprehensive patient care

*Requirements:*

* Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
* Active Minnesota dental hygiene license in good standing
* Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
* Local anesthesia/N2O certification
* Valid state driver’s license
* Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish a bonus based on clinic location)
