🩺 Your Role as a CNA:- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support residents' comfort, dignity, and safety
- Work collaboratively with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Accurately document care and observations
✅ What We're Looking For:- Active California CNA certification
- Dependable, kind, and team-oriented attitude
- Passion for resident-centered care
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute/skilled nursing setting
- Prior SNF experience preferred, but not required
