Hello We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice. We are looking to add another Hygienist to our team here at Wood City Dental in Cloquet.
Offering Flexible hours From Full-time Mon- Thrusday 8-5 to part time.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and infection control. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
*Duties*
* Perform thorough dental cleanings and examinations to assess oral health.
* Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care.
* Maintain accurate medical records and update patient information within our Dental Software.
* Implement infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety.
* Utilize medical imaging technology to assist in diagnosing dental conditions.
* Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology to provide comprehensive patient care.
* Collaborate with the dental team to enhance patient experience and treatment outcomes.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
* Familiarity with medical records management and infection control practices is essential.
* Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and patient care principles is required.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
