We are a very fun, modern, caring group of people looking for a Hygienist to join the team!!! The only rule in the office is BE KIND!
The ideal candidate for our dental hygiene position is a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who can develop personal relationships with patients and make them feel comfortable. The position requires our hygienist to explain procedures and answer questions, use the proper instruments and equipment to clean teeth and take intraoral photos for documentation purposes. A successful candidate will display a genuine interest in the field of dentistry, have prior experience in the health care field and be able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
* Know how to sterilize and maintain equipment.
* Understand how to administer local anesthetics and monitor patient during treatment.
* Maintain good rapport with patients and show an interest in their oral health.
* Communicate with other healthcare professionals so that treatment plans are coordinated.
* Know what to do in an emergency—fire or illness in the office.
* Be familiar with the entire range of dental specialties and related occupations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
