*Job Description*:
True Impact Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. We provide exceptional care to individuals of all ages and backgrounds with a focus on rehabilitation, sports injuries, and injury prevention. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on your patients' lives and helping them return to their daily activities and sports, we want to hear from you!
*Key Responsibilities*:
* Evaluate, assess, and diagnose physical conditions and impairments related to musculoskeletal, neurological, and sports-related injuries.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient goals, needs, and medical history.
* Provide hands-on physical therapy treatments including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, modalities, and more.
* Educate patients on injury prevention, posture, ergonomics, and overall wellness.
* Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
* Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately in accordance with state regulations.
* Participate in continuing education and training to stay current with industry best practices.
*Qualifications*:
* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Previous experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports physical therapy is preferred but not required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and treatments.
* Must be available at least 3 days a week
