O'Mally Management Group (OMG) is partnering with PT Concepts to recruit a growth-oriented Physical Therapist for a direct-hire opportunity in Longview, TX. This role is ideal for a clinician who wants to be part of a rapidly expanding, multidisciplinary clinic system with long-term growth potential.
Our client's integrated model combines physical therapy and chiropractic care to provide comprehensive treatment for:
Orthopedic & extremity injuries
Spine conditions
Post-operative rehabilitation
Pain management
Soft tissue recovery

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Deliver active and passive rehabilitation therapies
Monitor patient progress and adjust plans of care as needed
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with chiropractic, medical, and rehab staff
Refer patients to appropriate providers when indicated
Serve as a clinical leader for staff and within the community
Competencies
Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
Professional, ethical patient care Ability to manage a full caseload efficiently
Clear communication with patients and care teams
Commitment to clinical excellence and continued learning
Education & Licensure
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or pending Texas Physical Therapist licensure
Strong drive for professional and personal growth
