Reli Title is seeking a motivated and experienced *Closing Attorney* to join our growing team in Tuscaloosa, AL. As a trusted partner in real estate transactions across several states, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service, accuracy, and professionalism to our clients and industry partners.
Responsibilities
* Conduct real estate closings with professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Review and approve title work, contracts, and closing documents.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws/regulations governing real estate transactions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and community partners.
* Assist with business development and represent Reli Title at industry/networking events as needed.
Qualifications
* Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in the state of Alabama (required).
* Experience in real estate transactions, title, or closing law preferred.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
