Location: Onsite – Ste. Genevieve, MO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM

What You’ll Do

• Support lenders by gathering customer information and required documents
• Prepare loan files, disclosures, and system entries with accuracy
• Order and track credit reports, employment verification, title work and insurance
• Keep digital and physical loan files organized and audit-ready
• Communicate with customers and teammates to keep loans moving
• Follow policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Assist with post-closing tasks such as scanning and file maintenance

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree (or relevant experience required) Degree in business or finance preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Great communication and follow-through
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without losing accuracy
• Experience in banking, lending, or office administration preferred
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
