We are looking for a Director of Mortgage Operations to own everything that happens from completed application to closing: processing, underwriting coordination, closing, compliance, and the team that does that work. Our loan officers originate and take applications, and our processors process the loans. You make sure every loan they bring in funds on time, clean, and with a borrower and a realtor who want to send us the next one.
