About the Position The Business Unit Leader is responsible for driving the strategies and effectiveness of the business unit, by overseeing operations and leading a team of production employees within a Business Unit. This role requires end-to-end, effective leadership, planning, technical expertise, communication, and coaching skills to empower teams to produce high-quality products that meet customer needs cost-effectively.
