This position is responsible for the coordination of the receiving, handling and distribution of materials and supplies to various departments throughout the facility and outlying clinics.  Actively participates in performance improvement/CQI activities for the department as requested.  Completes a wide range of other duties as assigned

Provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of the Radiation Oncology team while maintaining an active clinical role in patient care. Balances direct patient care responsibilities with administrative and operational duties to support the effective delivery of radiation therapy services. Responsible for ensuring the quality, safety, efficiency, and consistency of radiation oncology operations. Promotes continuity of care and treatment delivery across all scheduled service hours. Assists in the development, implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of departmental policies, procedures, goals, and regulatory compliance standards. JOB SUMMARY: A skilled member of the health care team, the Advanced Practice Provider (Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner) serves the PRHC Clinics through evaluation and treatment of patients in collaboration with the physician regarding the provision of direct medical care.   Responsibilities include obtaining medical histories, performing physical exams, providing initial emergency care, ordering lab tests and x-rays, prescribing medications, providing patient education and counseling, forming diagnoses and administering treatment in accordance with clinic protocols and established standards are care.   The Advanced Practice Provider is active in the development and maintenance of clinic operations in coordination with the CAC, Clinic Services Director and/or Chief of Clinic Services; participates in performance improvement activities and Lean Healthcare initiatives.  

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for cleaning of instruments, equipment, and  other small medical items used throughout the facility, preparing packs, sterilization of instruments and supplies, documentation and storage of records, and performing routine monthly and quarterly cleaning, folding and storing linen.

JOB SUMMARY: This position reports to the Revenue Integrity & Coding Supervisor under the direction of the Director of Revenue Cycle. Responsibilities include analyzing and investigating coding edits and denials within the billing scrubber. Proficient in writing appeals and collaborating with clinical departments and business office on denial patterns and opportunities. Strong understanding of coding guidelines, NCCI edits, CMS regulations, payer edits, and the ability to read and understand EOBs. Strong communication skills and able to critically think through processes. Ability to multi-task and float within the department and complete any duties as assigned.
