Job Summary : Lead Board Certified Behavior Analysts are responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing behavioral intervention plans, and overseeing implementation for individuals with autism. In collaboration with the Clinic Director, the Lead BCBA is responsible for supporting the effective management of the clinical team. This includes but is not limited to regularly assessing teammate performance and providing effective coaching and feedback, engaging in performance reviews and goal setting, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. Lead BCBAs provide training for team members and caregivers, monitoring progress toward developmental and socially significant goals.
