We are seeking a Capture Manager who has proven experience establishing or growing an existing Department of Defense agency portfolio who can help us establish a presence in our strategically aligned opportunities as part of our aggressive growth strategy. Provide strategic and tactical leadership to position Plateau GRP with new clients, build a qualified pipeline, create opportunity win strategies, generate winning solutions, and drive proposal development. The right candidate will have the opportunity to build on their experience, network and successes developing work in agencies new to Plateau GRP.
