In this role, the PCP will provide comprehensive medical care to a diverse patient panel while also providing clinical oversight, mentorship, and collaboration for a team of Nurse Practitioners. This position is ideal for a physician who thrives in a team-based care model and is committed to quality patient outcomes. Licensure (LCSW/LPC) is preferred for this position.
