Salary: $75,000-$90,000   The BCBA is responsible for overseeing the assigned caseload of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and supervision of staff to provide effective and efficient services to children and families. The BCBA will design and implement staff training programs to promote the professional development of staff at various levels.
