Key Responsibilities Assess inventory reports and transactions to maintain accurate daily records and system counts. Conduct frequent spot checks, partial audits, and scheduled cycle counts to verify physical inventory against system records. Assist with Q1 Q4 cycle counts and ABC inventory counts as assigned. Ensure inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, adjustments) are accurately documented and recorded in a timely manner. Support quality control processes by verifying that inventory meets required standards before being transferred into stock or staged for shipment. Flag inventory discrepancies, investigate root causes, and escalate issues to the Supply Chain Manager as needed. Recommend warranted inventory adjustments in accordance with company policy and documentation requirements. Maintain detailed records of inventory audits, discrepancies, and corrective actions.
