Advocate Driver Managers are the lifeline of our most valuable assets, our professional drivers. They are responsible for assisting in a variety of driver needs but also managing and directing the work of professional drivers. Advocate Driver Managers are required to take actions or make recommendations with respect to discipline, terminations, and other changes of a driver’s employment status. This role is pivotal in driving the performance and professionalism of our fleet, ensuring drivers meet and exceed operational standards. Extended Coverage Account Managers are responsible for managing business from an assigned customer base and performing the daily, hands-on work required to meet customer satisfaction expectations while driving revenue growth.
