This specialized unit serves residents with complex behavioral health, mental health, and medical needs. The ECU Residence Manager plays a critical leadership role in ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate, and individualized care while maintaining a safe, structured, and supportive environment. This position requires strong clinical judgment, effective leadership, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors while promoting resident dignity, independence, and quality of life.
