This is a full-time position based in our Brentwood office for an attorney who is prepared to assume meaningful responsibility for an active family-law caseload and handle matters from initial consultation through negotiation, mediation, hearings, trial, and post-judgment proceedings. Our family law practice represents clients in divorce, child custody and parenting disputes, child support, alimony, property division, modifications, contempt proceedings, and other contested domestic-relations matters.
