Develop a dynamic, inclusive, mission-focused volunteer program at HSVB, with an active volunteer force operating within the shelter, thrift shop, and in the community. Work closely and collaboratively with all departments within the organization to develop and grow meaningful volunteer positions. Model and cultivate a culture of positive partnerships between volunteers, staff, and community members. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and develop volunteer programs aligned with the mission and strategic goals of HSVB and in cooperation with the departments throughout the organization.
