Established in 1986, STELLA provides shared technology, professional development, cooperative services, resource sharing, and other programs that help member libraries deliver high-quality services to their communities.

Principal Function
The Member Engagement Coordinator is a part-time, up to 20-hours-per-week position that reports to the Executive Director.
