*Position Overview* The *Account Manager – Sales & Service* is responsible for managing and growing an assigned book of business through a combination of client service, retention, and sales activities. Serving as the primary relationship owner for clients, this role is accountable for delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring policy accuracy, managing renewals, coordinating remarketing efforts, and maintaining complete and compliant account documentation. This position also plays a key role in driving agency growth by identifying coverage opportunities, generating referrals, supporting new business production, and proactively managing cancellations to protect agency revenue.
